“I can't recommend this place at all. I've been waiting an entire week for the staff to make a simple phone call and sort out my prescriptions so it can be properly submitted to the VA and local pharmacy. They did submit prescriptions, but did it the wrong way and I can't pay out of pocket for drugs that are supposed to be free for me, esp when it's multiple drugs. I called on Monday and someone did text me saying they'd look into it. I think texts instead of calling is unprofessional but whatever. I gave them all of Tuesday to sort it. I texted on Wednesday, hoping using that form of communication would get a result since they seemed to prefer that. Called again on Thursday. It's Friday and still no response aside from that first text from them on Monday. I still don't have my medications and no phone call back from these people. You're better off going ANYWHERE else if you're a veteran using the Community care program. The Dr himself seemed very kind so this review hopefully doesn't reflect too much on him. But his staff is horrific and whether he likes it or not his staff is a huge reflection on how he runs his business. I'll be going elsewhere as soon as it can be arranged thru CC. I would have gotten better treatment with VA telecare at this point, and that's not saying much at all. If you're a veteran, ask Community Care to assign you anywhere else but here. They either are absolutely clueless about how to process veteran prescriptions, (and unwilling to take the time to call CC and get it sorted on their end) or they simply don't care. Neither is an option you want in a provider.”
