“On Tuesday, I called during business hours to schedule an appointment. The call went to an outsourced answering service, and I left a message. I did not receive a call back. On Wednesday, I called again and reached someone directly. I requested the earliest available appointment and was scheduled for Friday at 4:00 PM. I was asked to send my insurance card and driver's license, which I did the same day. I also stated that I was willing to pay out of pocket if insurance did not pre-authorize, due to the urgency of needing an MRI. On Thursday, I called to confirm the Friday appointment and was told my 4:00 PM slot had been given to another patient because my insurance had not yet authorized the visit. My willingness to self-pay had not been noted in my file. I was told there were no available Friday appointments and they could not see me until sometime next week. I was then told there was nothing they could do to help, and to seek the MRI at a hospital instead. While this location has positive reviews, my experience was that the original appointment was not honored and my stated willingness to pay out of pocket was not recorded, resulting in a lost appointment and delay in care.”

“Beware! Their pre-authorization process is a joke. After supposedly contacting my insurance to check benefits, they provided me an estimate of $250. Then I got a bill for $1200! Also, good luck getting in contact with them by phone! After leaving several messages and not hearing back, I had to show up at the office to get my questions answered. The people working in-person are too busy attending to the people there to answer the phone; they need more people to answer phones. The experience at the time of imaging is good, but difficult prior and terrible post-imaging.”

“The staff in the building are professional and take good images. Been here twice in 2years. The billing department is difficult and disorganized. I received multiple bills for the same service that I paid for at the time of service. Nobody at this organization seems to take my concerns seriously about them billing me multiple times. If you have a choice, avoid this organization at all costs. Also they don't communicate well with auto insurance if that is component of your injury.”
