“I really like Dr. Dreskin but the medical assistants and other staff members do not care about the patients. I needed a pre-authorization for a prescription. The first time, it was filled out incorrectly. I called and specifically told them what the insurance company needed. Second time, it isn't completely filled out again. Now either they aren't very smart or just don't care!!!! Either way, it's ridiculous that a place dealing with chronic pain patients can't make sure they can get their meds. Just a warning! I will be finding another pain managment facility to help me. The receptionists aren't friendly at all and the guy who counts your meds, if he grunts at you, you're lucky. Not a welcoming place at all. If Dr. Dreskin had a new staff, I'd stay with him.”
