What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Excellent care!! Absolutely love my nurse practitioner, Suzanne! She gives me her full attention at every appointment, and I truly feel seen and heard. With her taking care of me during office appointments, and Doctor Collins providing excellent care and attention during procedures, I know I'm being well taken care of at TVPC. Also, Mackenzie at the front desk is an angel! She was super kind and helpful when I had a family emergency. (Absolutely cannot thank her enough for that!)”

“This place is TERRIBLE! Patients are treated like cattle. The staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and more interested in looking at their phones than helping people. You don't get to see a doctor, you get scheduled with a nurse practitioner. I took my 84 year old mother here for help. She has severe spinal stenosis, multiple bulging/herniated discs and spondylitis in all three spinal areas. On her 1st appointment she was told that they wouldn't refill her Tramadol or give her any anti-inflammatories until she went for an MRI and x-rays. After having the tests done I took her back. The "wonderful" nurse practioner told her that the only thing they would do for her is spinal injections. She hoped that would give her 2 to 3 months of relief. When I mentioned that I know someone can only have 2 injections within 6 months and 3 within a year and asked how they planned on controlling my mother's pain for the rest of the year she had no answer to my question. My mother would need injections at just about every spinal joint and they can't do that many. I asked about giving my mom back her Tramadol and adding a long acting Tramadol and Celebrex. The CRNP stated "We are an "interventional pain clinic. We don't give any meds to patients over 80. All we can offer your mom is lumbar injections". Why would they risk giving my mom anesthesia but not low dose pain meds that were just "scheduled" within the last 2 years. We asked for a discharge letter right than and there! If you are in severe pain and have pain in multiple areas of your body, stay away from this place. They will not give you the help you need or a cheap and easy solution. They want to do expensive procedures that have large copay amounts and send you to physical therapy. I guess they don't make enough money on follow-up appointments where they only have to write a refill prescription.”

“Dr Kraus and his team are always wonderful. The wait is sometimes too long but that is somewhat understandable since they see so many patients. I was asked to be there at 12:45 for my 1pm procedure. It was around 2:30 when they called my back but once my nurse got everything entered and my IV started they were in the room to get me within 15 minutes. I like that the Drs come in to mark you and talk to you before going into the operating room now. Everyone at TVPC is always so friendly and upbeat. I am thankful for a place to go and manage my pain.”

“I am very satisfied with this recent referral by my PCP Dr. Elisicia Jiles. She always sends me to the best. The whole staff were very efficient and knew their jobs well. Michele Thornton NP took great care in her evaluation of my condition. And explained clearly my options. I am very comfortable with the treatment ahead of me. Sincerely, Theodore Havranek”
