“I've been going to Tennessee Physical Therapy and Pain Management for about ten years now. I've read thru some of the reviews posted here and I can't believe there are negative comments. I have never experienced anything but friendliness & professionalism by their staff. Dr. Baker is an outstanding Physician. He takes his time, actually listens and then gives recommendations. Every PA I have been assigned to has been/is top notch. The nurses are the same. I have zero complaints. I have come across people who have told me they didn't like going there. Unfortunately, it was their fault they had negative experiences. Dr. Baker and crew do not play when it comes to following the rules and expectations of being a patient at that office. If I had gone to Medical School and spent years of my time and energy to help people, I'd be damned if I'd put my livelihood on the line for a patient that refuses to take meds as prescribed, caught selling, can't pass random urine tests, etc...but that's just me! (sorry for that run on sentence) I appreciate their efforts!!”
