“Dr. Stepanenko (Dr.S) is one of the best, most intelligent doctors I've ever had. She treats her patients with respect and compassion but is to the point, which I appreciate. She is very knowledgeable about medications and their side effects. She will give you her opinion about what the best medication is for a specific issue. I respect her as a person because I know she is genuine in all she does. I respect her as a doctor because I KNOW she ONLY wants what is best for her patients and their health. If she is your doctor, consider yourself fortunate!”

“I can only speak to the Benton office. I did not have a good experience here. First issue I had was how dirty the office was. The patient bed had layers of dirt and grime and old candy wrappers on the floor behind it. I've seen truck stop bathrooms that are cleaner. The rest of the office is very run down as well and does not look sanitary. The door to the restroom has a gap that's at least an inch wide. Maybe for people trying to be shady with their urine test idk but anyone passing by could look in there and see someone using the restroom. Complete lack of privacy. Moving on... they had my records prior to the appt. It was well documented what medicines I take. They let me pay the copay and take a urine test only to tell me they can't help me because I take anxiety medicine which was well documented in my records. I was told it was against federal law. One quick Google search will tell you that's not true. Not recommended unless under constant supervision, which I have been. I've been on the same regimen of medicine for eight years. Never once asked for more, never once tried to skirt the system, have a letter from my psych at Mayo Clinic that I'm not at risk for addiction and to say it's against the law is saying my doctors from the past eight years have been committing a crime. As for the doctor, her personality is very off putting. She does not have a good bedside manner at all. She had a very stern face and was cold and unfeeling. She didn't want to hear what I had to say. She just kept repeating the same thing and treated me like I was some crazy narc seeker. It was deeply offensive. She made sure to press surgical intervention and injections, which I've already tried. Again, all in my records she didn't bother to look at and judging by how dirty the office was, I wouldn't let them touch me with a needle. She made sure to tell me there are "other" doctors that will help me, but she wouldn't which completely contradicts her telling me it's against federal law. Horrible experience.”
