“The review that stated "don't let the reviews fool you" was correct. This place sounds like a real nightmare. Lucky for me it has taken them 2 weeks to even get an appointment even tho I gave them 2 ways to bill me. If you are reading this save your time and peace of mind and move on to a real professional medical office. I called my orthopedic surgeon at 715 this morning, got a different pain specialist referral, was seen at 10am today and now I have an epidural injection scheduled for 1 week from today. My new dr understands pain and cares for their patients. And his staff was beyond great. I won't say this place is a joke because this is no laughing matter. I wonder how long the "business manager" has been the manager....I bet you can tell by the reviews.....?”

“I have been visiting this office since last year for injections and have always found the staff, medical assistants and Dr. Cramer interact professionally with me. If it was the opposite I would have sought another clinic. As for the music and office surroundings I like it other than blaring music like rock or western or a dope surrounding.”

“If I could rate this office 0/5 stars I would. When I came to this office I told them I did not want any medication, just a nerve ablation. They started the process by giving me useless injections and then when the injections they gave did not help they put me on medication (NOT AN OPIATE). Then when I called and asked if I could speak with them about an increase because the pain was so bad I wanted to die.. they dismissed me from the clinic and called the police on me. They said that my MRI had nothing on it when they dismissed me and then called me back to tell me they did find something but there's nothing they could do for me. Don't waste your time or your money on this doctors office. The staff is rude and has no respect for people. They will treat you like a liar if you are suffering from pain they cannot see. Also, the whole place is decorated like a church and they constantly play Christian music, very ironic for a clinic that treats their patients like drug seekers even when they told you they didn't want any pills.”
