What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I enjoy my appointments every month, the staff is always greeting me with a warm smile. My provider is such a good NP alwaying providing me with very good information about how to cop with my pain better. She is very good in answering questions. She is alway so polite and always makes sure my needs are met. My medication is always sent on time and she always returns my calls, along with her medical Assistant Tanya she is super! They work well together and communicate well. They both get 5 stars from me.”

“problems with prescription for 2 weeks left messages even called their other office to contact them finally had to go in person to fix. Doctor says to make an appointment for 2 weeks yet there's no appointment available for 5 weeks which means running out of medication even with a critical condition they tell you that appointment is over the phone and then you check and they make it for in person and then charge you for not showing up which I will have removed. Hopefully they get things sorted out because I think there is a lot of Staff turnover. New receptionist had a sign that said be patient with her and did an amazing job”

“It was very difficult to make an appointment with him. I had already gone twice before. The first time, I was looking for the place, and when I checked in at the machine, it was already too late, so they canceled my appointment. The second time was even harder because they weren't answering the phone. I had to go to the office, and they couldn't give me an appointment, but once they did, I arrived early. They didn't tell me about my interpreter; I thought they were going to find one for me. On the day of the appointment, they canceled it because I didn't bring the interpreter. But the third time, I finally got an appointment. I was even able to meet the doctor, and everything went well. The place doesn't look very nice, but the most important thing is that he was able to see me... thank God.”

“This was my first time visiting this office, so I was not familiar with the check in process, I was met by a not so friendly receptionist that did not smile at me, but rather told me to check in at the kiosk. It is not what was said, but rather HOW IT WAS SAID, again this is my first time here, I DO NOT KNOW YOUR CHECK IN PROCESS!! I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early!?! Why? My appointment was at 1:30 pm, and I arrived at 12:50 pm, because it was my first I wanted to ensure I had enough time, etc. At 1:45 pm, I asked where I was in line because many people were being called in, people that arrived before and after me. The receptionist made it seem like I was bothering her, NO SMILE, JUST ATTITUDE! She went to check and told me it would be another other 15-20 minutes before I was seen. I stayed because I scheduled my appointment 2.5 months ago! It would have been nice to have been acknowledged and told "let me check" or something, she saw me sitting there for almost an hour! She was not new because she happily told someone else "in all the years I have been here...", she is a latina with attitude. I am latina too, so I can call it as such! Dr. Levine was great and the staff in the back were great, but my first impression was not great! I really wanted to leave. Please talk to her about this! This in unprofessional and really makes the office look very bad, because of HER I will never recommend this location to anyone.”
