“Lee is the worst employee you have and has a very toxic personality. His phone skills are seriously impaired and just plain out horried. He is abrupt and rude. He over talks the client, talks down to them and Threatening to cancel treatment and teroized me about isurance claims. He is obviously not sufficient to handle calls or has the knowledge how to deescalate your customer. I will be filing a complaint with the Nevada fair consumers and State board of Insurance, all because how he made me feel and his threatening tone. If I treated people like he does, I would be fired from my job.This is a small town and judging by your revie....you are doing just fine, it's a joke. My other Doctor and specialist seem to enjoy me as a client. Because of him alone, consider yourself ired. It's not me, it's totally you. Take ownership on how you treat people After all we do pay for your living.”
