“My first visit I saw an associate and not Dr Antony. I was unaware until they called me back that I would not see her. The next appointment I specifically asked to see her. During the triage I was told that I would be seeing an associate as she's seeing new patients. I expressed my disappointment and prepared to leave the office. They asked me to stay and she'd see me in between. I was and am still in a lot of pain, desperate for relief. I was told that someone would contact me to schedule for the procedure to administer the pain medication via ultrasound assistance a year later nothing! I followed up with them and still nothing. It is clear that the Dr had no intention of treating me. That she didn't care that I was suffering. She wasted my time and took my copay for NOTHING.”
