“I had a consultation and was told to make an appointment to have a sacroiliac joint injection. The doctor advised she would call in an anti anxiety medication to take before the procedure. I told them I needed to know exactly what my co-pay would be for this procedure and was directed to call the billing department. I called 18 days in a row leaving messages, sometimes twice a day, without any response or acknowledgement of my call. I finally got a call back and was told my co pay. I called scheduling and made my appt and was advised by the scheduling rep that there were no special precautions I needed to do, except after the procedure I was not to do heavy lifting. I called pharmacy & no script was called in. I arrived at my appt & was told I needed a driver. I was not told I needed a driver when I made the appointment Receptionist asked if I can get a driver? I said no. I already drove half an hour there. Even if I were able to find a driver, what was I going to do with my car that I drove there? She said we will have to reschedule. I replied don't bother. I won't be back. I can't take the chance that the inefficiency of the office staff mirrors the medical staff. Every step of the way was a failure.”

“This is the worse doctor. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for her to yell at me. How she ever became a doctor is a true mystery. The ppl are nice but I wouldn't recommend this doctor to look at my dog. Go somewhere else this is the worse place I've ever been to.”
