“The staff were all very polite which makes a great start to any appointment. I was a little disappointed in the fact that they did not communicate with me that they were running a bit behind so it might take longer for me to be seen. That little bit of info can go a long way as I was getting very irritated about the wait time. Had I known in advance I might not have gotten so irritated. The doctor that I saw was very patient with me i was in a great deal of pain. We discussed treatment options medication, etc... In the end I will need to try ESI as many of the meds of choice I am allergic too and the ones i am not have been 100% ineffective. For me personally i think the exam rooms are kept a bit too cold. By the time the doc got to me i felt like i was literally freezing almost as if i had been shut in a freezer. That made my pain worse. I would have given 5 stars but these few issues made for a long day and I still had a long ride home. Added pain from the cold rooms made it a long and uncomfortable ride.”

“PA was rude, arrogant and failed to listen. But then, he gets it from management. Explained to him verbally and her in writing, that I had already tried pian mediation prescribed by the orthopedic, but both made the suggestion to try this AFTER being told I had already done so and it had failed. Three times I said no injection to him. If you don't listen to me, then I don't trust you!**update** so the nurse called, and granted, she was pleasant, but still tried to convince me to have an spine injection. NO means NO. I just don't understand why they won't listen to me! Run quickly from this place!!!”
