Patient Testimonials

I called the surgery center, right after they opened at 7:00 am & clinic before 11 am & spoke to 2 nurses & neither knew the answer to, Can I have my scheduled procedure completed with a medicine allergy on my skin. Both nurses told me they would call me back with answers & I never heard from anyone. I asked for an antibiotic prescription as well, being the medicine prescribed by doctor is what has me with the outbreak (of course not doctors fault cuz no one, including myself knew I was allergic to something in those meds), so think he should be able to prescribe me antibiotics, but nothing. Note my procedure is next business day, 30 minutes after they open. Seems they just go to job to get paid & not for patients well being, because should have followed up with me to let me know if I am good or not with the outbreak to have procedure completed & to prescribe me antibiotics. I called right before closing at surgery center & clinic-- no one answered the phones. Being I am taking Zyrtec & antibiotic cream to try to calm it down & it keeps spreading, antibiotics is the next step. I would say another method of getting in touch with a doctor is needed or the doctor needs to take time out of the day to help out in these situations, so patients that need immediate answers & prescriptions as such, can receive. Seems anytime have to go through staff & not directly with doctor, 99% of the time, the patients request never gets complete answers or completed at all until the next doctors visit which can be months away.

Dr Jolly and his staff are a very professional group. I've had a few different procedures to address my knees and hips. I now have great control over my pain issues. The follow up after the procedures is outstanding and through. After years of powerlifting competition, the various injuries start to catch up with you. Life is so much better with the pain level at an acceptable level.

(GOOGLE REVIEWS CAN BE EDITED, LOOK AT HIS YELP SCORE)Dr. Neil Jolly's philosophy, adopted around 2016, labels all opioid users as addicts, pushing to eliminate opioid medications. Instead, patients are offered costly, often ineffective "innovative treatments" like spinal injections (~$1,000 each, given monthly despite a recommended three-per-year limit) and low-success-rate electrical stimulators, billed exorbitantly to insurance. These practices raise concerns about profiteering over patient care.Worse, Dr. Jolly's clinic often refuses effective pain medications, coercing patients into unnecessary procedures or withholding care entirely, which is ethically and legally questionable. Instead of opioids, they freely prescribe gabapentin, ignoring its serious risks, including a 50% increased dementia risk and more overdose deaths than opioids last year. Negative reviews on Google and Yelp, highlighting these issues, appear suppressed, inflating the clinic's ratings and misrepresenting patient experiences. This clinic prioritizes profit over relief, leaving patients in pain and at risk. I strongly urge potential patients to research thoroughly and approach with caution.

Dr. Jolly is a great doctor who really tries his best to help you with your pain that you are dealing with. I've been seeing him for a few years and he tried to help me with different options with my back issues. He hasn't given up and we both finally found the right option to cure my pain that I was having. He is a very personable doctor and I would recommend him to anyone that has any type of problems with their back, neck,or any kind of nerve pain.
