“I agree, wholeheartedly with all of the bad reviews about the office staff at Suncoast pain management. I was speaking to a friendly person in this office about my appointment with Dr. Chen and when she put me on hold another person named Renee picked up and asked if I was Shannon to which I said no, and she said well you don't have to get an attitude!, Which was extremely rude.! I just wonder if Dr. Chen and his associates know how his staff treats his patients, and I will definitely be sure to let him know. In my opinion, you don't treat people on the phone like that you don't know who you're talking to when you do that it's not a good practice . I am 72 years old and certainly didn't deserve to be treated like that.”

“I have been under the care of Sun Coast for close to 8 years I believe and my joint disease has gone from a unexplained moderate/severe cervical spine dysfunction and fibromyalgia to bilateral thumb joint deterioration, ankle and knee joint issues. Due to my NP's advanced and thorough knowledge of the somatic disease progression...I was referred to the right specialists and recently achieved a science based and lab confirmed diagnosis of moderate rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren's Syndrome. I would never have achieved these answers had it not been for the willingness to listen and advocate for my care shown by my NP....and not simply administer meds to mask the disease progression. I now require further extensive treatment and the goal is remission, but I am grateful to have dedicated care and concern and ability to ease my ever growing pain along the way.”

“P.A. Meeks awesome however, the office manager terminated my care because I needed 2! Days 2 two days to come up with a 25$ payment. I had caught up and owed $25 and they called me on the 1st and said they needed that $25 or they were going to terminate there services I asked if it could be payed on the 3rd because that's when I get payed and the answer was no now or your letter gets mailed out today. So now I'm having issues from the treatment I got from them and can't be seen. That being said if the doc knows about this practice then I'll have to give it a 1 star.”

“I cant be more happy with the results of my injections, won't have to be on pain pills the rest of my like. Really helpful staff, Michelle Graham is the best ! Dr. Chin really really seems to care about his patients. Nursing staff really nice and good at what they do”
