“I originally had a couple issues but it was with the insurance company not Sun Pain Management. I go to the Globe office where I have always been treated well and like a patient rather than just another claim. Dana Cook has always listened to my questions and concerns and alleviated my anxiety's(which have been numerous). I understand treatment for my injuries are a process and do not expect immediate relief, and through communication and understanding from the Doctors and staff I not only know what to expect but trust that I'm in good hands. The receptionist Luisa makes me nervous to talk to her because I think she is truly gorgeous,but she is also very warm,welcoming and comforting and has been very professional throughout my appointments which has also helped me get through my initial anxieties. I often do not like going to any Doctors offices or Provider's because they often make me feel uncertain and untreated,but Dana Cooks office and staff continue to show they care about my health and we'll being. I recommend them 100% and trust they have my best interests at hand,so thank you for all your help.”

“I was a patient at this facility and was discharged on their behalf. I felt compelled to address the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the doctors and staff. I waited for over two hours while fasting, only to overhear the doctors socializing and playing loud, inappropriate music. As a patient, I believe I deserve better care than what this practice provided. While I do acknowledge that credit should be given when it's due, it seems clear to me that this clinic does not prioritize patient care; instead, patients appear to be treated merely as insurance claims or numbers. When I raised my concerns with the office manager, they seemed indifferent and dismissed my feedback entirely. I highly recommend seeking another clinic where you will be valued as a patient, as this facility does not demonstrate that commitment.”

“I was not happy at all with services from the providers. I saw the Doctor once and the rest of the time was being seen by a nurse practitioner. I received a steroid injection that burned the skin n as of today still have a scar in area. I called numerous times, only to have my primary care Doctor prescribe me a medication to help it heal. Third injection left me unable to walk,and again I would leave calls n messages with no reply. The answering machine said I'd get a call back 24-72 hours later and not to leave numerous messages. I still never got calls returned. I ended up in Emergency a few days after injection that cause severe pain. I never got a call back after I had to cancel next injection, but I got a call to confirm appointment the following day. I let receptionists know I had to wait due to inflammation n pain. I was seen in Doctors office a week later and was told I needed my gamapentin put to a higher dose but it took the nurse practitioner almost a month, so again I had to go to family physician to get medication situated. Previous visit I was in pain and my blood pressure was high so had to get a shot of Tordal to help, it didn't help pain but I could feel my blood pressure had lowered and just went home n slept because it made me have drowsiness. Last call I told them I didn't feel I was being taken care of by nurse practitioner if I could see Doctor. Only to be told Doctor only does procedures n mind you that Doctor wasn't the one who did my injections. So I am now in a wheelchair n was told not to use it because it's doing me more harm than good, but I can't stand more than a few minutes before I have severe pain standing on right foot. I was ordered to go get a MRI n waited over two weeks before I was sent to Arizona diagnostics only to be there three n half hours and wasn't able to get imaging done because I have a internal pain device through spine/ battery and needed a order for CAT scan not MRI. That was the last straw so I had to ask family care doctor for a referral to see a new doctor because I'm not happy with the service at Sun Pain Management at all n would never recommend this place to anyone. If I was seen by a Doctor that I thought I was going to be seeing would have been different especially if calls were returned to assist patients.”
