“This place is awful. We were late by 3 minutes refused to see my friend. Arrived 1 hour early today. Still waited 45 past appointment. I can't understand why the wait. Office staff needs to learn manners. Everytime we go they act like they are doing my friend a favor. Something needs to be done for the way they treat people give those patients respect. Making appointments in a timely manner etc.”

“I'm a disabled Army veteran and have been suffering with excruciating pain and very limited range of motion with tears in my rotater cuff/bicep for over 4 months after several trips to the chattanooga va walk in clinic( the va wouldn't lift a finger and sent me like 6 tube's of Voltaren muscle cream?) 4 trips to chi memorial er I finally got an mri and an orthopedic surgery referral through community care but I was tired of suffering while waiting for my appointment so I contacted summit spine and joint center yesterday they were able to get me an appointment with Dr Patel in Ringgold the very next day ! I was seen today and I am absolutely so glad I did! Dr Patel is absolutely AMAZING ! He is top notch! He was able to thoroughly and expertly review all my prior hospital records , reports, medications , tests and referrals as well as examine my arm and shoulder and ask all the right questions and get me the best answers to alleviate all my concerns while offering me a complete and expert diagnosis , a great, complete and compassionate treatment plan he discussed ordering the most important tests and scans to help make the best information available for my future surgical appointment with very good and effective medications to alleviate my pain and suffering , reduce the swelling in my shoulder and to help loosen and relax my rotator cuff,bicep and triceps muscles and I am feeling 100% better already the same day my pain is 100% better , the throbbing pain and the very sharp impingement pain is greatly reduced and I am really looking forward to actually getting a full and complete good night sleep! I was able to get signed in seen and in less than 1 hour with a follow up appointment with Dr Patel next month! I am so very happy pleased impressed and grateful for everything Dr Patel thank you very much from the bottom of my heart and you are THE best . Ps your entire staff is absolutely wonderful they are all sweet , professional, caring and ty very much yall made everything super easy super fast and very professional and I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to your ringgold location and Dr Patel 100% I really appreciated your help teamwork compassion expertise professionalism and care and you guys are the best in the business!”
