She was friendly, and very competent. The doctor was fantastic! He listened, took notes , asked me questions, allowed me to ask questions, you get the picture. “The doctor and staff are extremely nice and attentive to our needs , the experience as to getting medication called in is absolutely horrible, the general number that they give us to call goes threw a switch board in charge of calling your medication in . That is the worst experience I've had and it's been 3 weeks still waiting on medication to be called in to the pharmacy and further more the pharmacy that I use is telling me they aren't responding to calls. Absolutely horrible. The issue when we all struggling with pain is properly take your medication prescribed by your doctor, my case is everything gets worse when you have to call in and deal with unnecessary issues. On a final note I love the staff in Columbus there are awesome for that is why I'm still a patient there .”

“The check in process was fine but I didn't like the idea of waiting for an hour or more to have my treatment having been told to be there at 745 for an 8am treatment. However, the front desk employees were nice but the nurse seemed disconnected and wasn't very friendly. Overall, the experience was great”
