What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“When I first started with Summit I was quite impressed. After being a patient for a while now my experience and attitude have totally reversed. I no longer feel the doctors care about the patient or the condition of pain care and management. When I first became a patient I was taking 180 pills every month. The doctor said that was more than I could take and be in your program. I was informed I would have to cut back to 150. I had no problem no issue with that objective. I can manage my daily activities with that level. Currently I have been cut to 140. In doing so there was no discussion about it with the doctor. He basically informed me and then walked out of the room saying he would "be right back" which he didn't do but sent the med tech in to check me out. So much for the care and concern about the patient. I live daily with my pain and still attempt to have a somewhat normal life. I cannot do so at the current level of medication and also face the possibility (probability) of having my medication further decreased. I never ask for an increase, I never have an issue with drug screen or any procedures suggested (although I have done everything short of surgery).”

“Was referred there by medical physician for pain management. After paying $150 for my deductible. Waiting 2 and 1/2 hours in the waiting room passed my appointment time. I was seen by the physician for exactly 30 seconds to tell me I didn't have the proper paperwork for referral to be seen by him. No. Exam no advice for pain management. Just come back with a proper paperwork withithin 2 weeks first available appointment. Never mind the 11 pages. My physician had faxed to them from the office with my history included as well as referral. I know they got it because that's how they called me to schedule this appointment . This can't be legal”

“I had my first appointment the first week of January 2025. I was nervous at first because I've never been to pain management before because my primary doctor handled everything but she moved away. Anyway, going in I was greeted by the two sweetest girls up front! I filled out some paperwork and waited maybe 10 minutes if that. They said it's usually busier but that I came on the right day. lol But I went back and talked with the medical assistant and explained that my doctor had moved away and I had been experiencing pain for a couple of years and it just kept getting worse (lower back) and she treated my pain but since she moved that I was referred to their practice. I had been involved in two car wrecks a few years prior that I believe was the main reason for my pain and that I was excited to start a new doctor because I had been doing research about some people doing injections and if I was a possible candidate for injections because I had read all the success stories. Luckily Dr. Pulido specializes in injections so in the mean time I'm going for a MRI and he said we will go from there! I love having a game plan!! Before I left since I got medicine everyone has to take a drug test, but the bathroom is super clean and big so you will have no problem with that! I would highly recommend them if you like having clear instructions and having a game plan and feeling like it's a team effort because that's how I felt when I left after my first appointment. Before I left I finished my drug test, took my prescription and then made an appointment for a month out to come back! Seriously, I never leave reviews unless I had a bad experience and I don't want people to waste their time but I decided to go ahead and do a review for them because of the outstanding care I received while I was there!!”

“I will say that the staff and Drs have been great to me. No long wait times and the Drs actually listen to you, answer your questions and help you understand exactly what and why they're doing what they're doing. I've been helped greatly, Dr. Patel especially has helped me. I had my wife switch her PM Dr and Clinic to this PM Clinic. He assured me they'd keep her at her current medication and levels and then once she returned a couple times they'd work out a new plan of action for her. We all have been through the oh crap, I don't wanna have to start over routine when we move from one clinic to another. So I recommend them fully !”
