“I really like Dr. Adrian Birladeanu and the nurses. They listen and try to help. There is one young woman at the front desk (I'm sorry I don't know her name) who is extremely rude and dismissive. I also get no less than five reminders for each appointment. For my last appointment on December 30, I got six reminders, three on Christmas Day, one during our Christmas dinner blessing. I've tried to explain that while I appreciate a reminder, I only need one. Nothing changes. It is clear they couldn't care less what the patients have to say. So, if you can endure the administrative team, the doctor and nurses are great.”
