“I wanted to write this review to give a rating overall on this practice. Myself working in the medical field for 14 years as a clinical lead and RMA I had a tragic car accident in March of 2024 and after being in wonderful health for most of my life overnight it changed. After months of being in the hospital and multiple surgeries I had to learn a new lifestyle of now being a patient. I was referred to Dr Chi and his staff. I was so nervous my first visit but there was a front office staff member named Madison Thornton that seeing her smile and kindness made my anxiety and nervousness simmer down then meeting Dr Chi and his nurse I soon realized that this place was special and they listened to all my concerns. FNP Mary Bracken is absolutely amazing and I truly adore and appreciate her. It has almost been a year since I have been a patient here and I refer them to everyone even from my old practice I worked at I have let the physicians and my FNP know to send patients here. Today I had an appointment and @ 10 am and I accidentally left my cc at home and since I am now a cash pay patient my husband asked if he could run home which is 6 minutes away and the check in lady (not going to publicly name) was like no you have to reschedule your appointment when For 1 I am already here sitting in my chair waiting and my husband was going to go grab it she was adamant about telling us no ,but Madison Thornton there amazing front office staff member went above and beyond by helping us and I got to see my provider as well I was not taking back until 10:45 and my husband definitely had time to go get our payment method with time to spare but with being told no by the other front staff member multiple times we found a different payment method well we're forced to do so or not see my provider.Kindness doesn't cost anything and she is what makes this office worth coming to. As well as Lyric Ellis the MA in the back absolutely AMAZING. The heart of any practice starts from the front and goes to the the back. Those two women deserve a big raise and a special day off!!! And the only other suggestion I would have is for the other staff is to just have empathy for those of us that have had a life changing experience and we come here for help and to show a little more compassion. Other than that 5 stars for the providers and the staff that does show the patients genuine care.”

“The doctors are top notch!! Life changing and never condescending. The staff is lovely. The only issue I have is seeing different doctors a lot, and the practice is so large, it's hard to get prior authorizations and other forms you will need if you go to these sorts of docs. However, they absolutely work hard for you, you just have to stay on them a lot and stay on the phone more than should be. However, the doctors are absolutely worth your time.”

“I was told by a Dr nothing could be done so he sent me to Summit. They showed me something they could do and I am waiting on insurance to approve it. They get right to work on you because they know you are hurting. Everyone is super nice. Give it a try. You will be glad you did. To live with pain daily is no fun.”

“Dr. Chai is a wonderful positive person. He listens to your problem than he goes after what the actual problem may be. He did that with me . My rt lower lumbar always hurts and causes problems with my rt leg..I have a problem with my Sacroiliac as well as my fusion and Dr. Chai replaced my old stimulator with his unit. Just a few weeks ago. Did great job. This one is different from my last one. Going through testing and maybe a retune at my next follow up.So, far it is doing the job.Considering my circumstances. If you have pain. Talk to Dr. Chai. He knows what he is doing as well as his staff. Great people. Recommend Summit Spine out of Carrollton, GA Veterans talk to your VA doctor to out source Community Care Services. Close to your homes. I'm a Veteran.”
