“I would give this a five the staff is really accommodating and you get in very easily. However, I was giving a lot of forms to fill out before my procedure. Nobody discussed any of them with me prior During or after many of them discussed complications, etc., nobody explained side effects, etc. afterwards this was a little concerning to me. I have had many operations mini procedures in my life and whenever you're messing with the spinal cord, I feel like there should be at least a review of the Procedure with the doctor or nurse practitioner. I asked about signing the forms and the front desk said they would go over all of them with me when we got into the exam room. This did not happen. I went under an anesthesia and woke in a wheelchair was pushed out to my car quickly with No aftercare instructions. I am seeing my regular doctor today as I have developed a rash at the injection site. No one has called from the clinic to check on my progress like I would normally expect after any outpatient procedure or anesthesia. I really like the physician that I had initially but that's not who performed the procedure. I was surprised by another Doctor Who said he would be doing it. All this being said the clinic is clean the people are friendly, helpful, and waiting was left to a minimum.”

“Been going here quite awhile now. About a year ago I wanted off opiods and did so. They kept calling me for months to come back. I decided to give it one more go and they right away not only wanted me back on opiods but increased it to the max dose. I've followed all their rules and guidelines and then get told that my recent urine test had "small traces of cocaine" in it which would be impossible since I do not do that kind of thing, I'm drug tested for work and drug tested for another medication. On top of it I have a heart condition and on a stimulant for ADD and with said heart condition I have regular tests, EKGs and blood work done to make sure I can stay with the ADD medication. Basically if I did cocaine I would have a heart attack so it's not possible. Although with this information as well as clean history and record and only back on opiods because they begged and harassed me for months and now I am dependent on them, they kicked me out and also didn't give me any medication to ween off or find another doctor. I am in process of taking legal action for malpractice, especially getting me hooked on an opioid I didn't want to be on in first place with them insisting it was perfectly fine.”
