This place is SKETCHY. I went in here for back pain, and they didn't even want to find out WHY I was having back pain. They just wanted to start me on injections. Not only that but I had an appointment, I made sure to call to cancel the appointment but it went to voicemail so I left a message stating as much, hoping to reschedule. Months later, I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and Summit said that they will have to prescribe the pain medication for after. I confirmed that with them. Fast forward to after my surgery, I don't have any pain medication called in. So I had to go to their office in person, with blood pooling out of my mouth, to ask what's going on because they wouldn't give me a straight answer over the phone. They told me the appointment I definitely called to cancel was a no show so they wouldn't be prescribing the necessary medication I needed at the time. When I tried to explain that I did indeed call to cancel and they must've not checked the voicemail, and that I could prove I called that day, they told me they would fill my medication just to get me out of there. Then they called me right after telling me that they would NOT fill it and then I got a note in the mail saying I was banned from the premises. I'm telling you, there is absolutely SHADY stuff going on in there. They're not there to help you. They're there to make money off your pain.

The people working there aren't drs. I never seen a dr nor after a year and a half of seeing them they never once gave me pain relief. All they wanted to do was throw pain pills that I told them never worked and all they wanted was a social security pay check. They will never get anyone out of pain. They lied to me about them getting me out of pain. Now looking again for a dr that doesn't want a paycheck but truly wants to get me out of pain.

first of all, you don't see the same person when you go in there. When I first started, I saw Dr. Zach Weaver, then he started sending different nurse practitioners in there. This one nurse practitioner in particular had an authority complex. she did not have my chart. She did not read my chart. She said she read my chart. However she tried to say that I took more medicine than what I was supposed to however, it had already been stated, explained and discussed with Dr. Zack that I only take half a pill at a time due to stomach issues. she made it sound like that I was a drug addict the way I was taking it and then I was taking more than my dose. She would not let me speak with the doctor. She just asked me to leave the office because they were no longer going to take care of my needs for my back, my knees and my neck. Mind you now the amount of medication that I was on with the previous doctor was almost on twice that dose that I'm in currently, before she retired so I'm not understanding what her problem was. I just know that that place sucks. I was not able to get my surgical procedure done. All they wanted to do was send me to physical therapy which I have been through three times with my previous doctor and nothing has relieved the pain good riddance to all of y'all at Summit Pain Management. my father used to go here before he passed away and I will never ever recommend anyone to go to Summit Pain Management. They have issues being able to get medicine from certain pharmacies so why you're a patient there you might be at CVS this week two months from now, you might be at Meijers the next month you might be at Walmart three months from there you might be at Walgreens and before the year is up you may wind up back at Cvs where you started because they have so many issues getting people's medication. I have never been so offended in my entire life.

Do not trust them they need to be sued for medical malpractice . Started me out on gabapentin that made me worse than I was today now I've got leg shakes and pain that still shoots down . Had to call in several times to get my medicine on time only to be denied a day away from my medicine which is dangerous and considered malpractice . And also one day short on your pills will discontinued you from the practice .
