“I guess some of the pain management of one because they're not very explaining their procedure practices or their processes or anything like that at all and they just expect you to remember something a month and a half ago especially when you call in and change your appointment at least the secretary or the scheduler should notify you hey you're changing this appointment correct for this procedure during that phone call but nothing was discussed. I walk in and I have a new allergy list with new medications that I'm allergic to that I've never been on for drug dependents excuse me. But dude I've never been on this medication ever How are you entering this into my system without my knowledge and without me seeing you in the last 6 months to a year. They definitely need a step up and do things better they're they're front desk is is horrible customer service is just the worst and the fort Wayne location”

“Scheduling, ordering imaging, authorizations - anything administrative is an absolute nightmare here. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Roth for his incredible care, however my own job has suffered due to the amount of time and effort I have had to put in to getting treatment. Finally when I feel like I'm making progress to get additional diagnostic imaging, I find out the office submitted the wrong order, and it took so much back and forth between them and the hospital, the referral had to be sent 3 times until it was finally correct. The hospital should not have to tell the Dr office what needs to be on the order, ESPECIALLY when the same exact issue occurred 6 months prior. Aside from that, be prepared to have your appointments canceled a few days ahead, or day of - even when you schedule a month in advance. So when you're forced to reschedule, you'll be waiting another month for an opening. Yes the doctor is great but it comes at a very high cost. If options weren't so limited in this area, I'd look elsewhere for care.”

“Do NOT go here. I went for an epidural. They never warned me prior to the injection that they don't cover sedation (btw, my insurance company does cover sedating). They didn't seem to care that the epidural was so painful. I was screaming out in pain, and the doctor nor the nurses said a word. I've been in pain management for years and NEVER been treated so badly. Summit Management is by far the worst!!!”
