“Lots of paperwork, then meeting nurse interview then N.P. interview and decision to what help you need. Blood and pee test. Then 2 to 3 week apart appointments to see how it's going, count your pain meds mandatory. Then next appointment sqedual. Guess that's all part of it. And it worked for me so far. Friendly staff. It's on second floor at Dekalb hospital and only downfall is Dekalb hospital isnt marked very well and it will be confusing to where to go the first time.”
— Rick Smith
