“I had an appointment with B. Wood, PA 08/29. He stated that he found traces of Valium in my last screening. I informed him that I had received a prescription for the Valium for the MRI screening that they had requested and had not taken any more since the MRI but presumably they would still show in my screening. I have been a patient with this office for 25 years providing clean screenings throughout receiving services. Despite this, he requested that I undergo bi-weekly screenings for several months and informed me that my prescription would be drastically reduced. When I expressed my frustration, I used the word "bullshit" once, after which he shouted to other staff members that I was cursing at him. He then left the room. Shortly after, the staff handed me a letter stating that I was no longer welcome at the clinic. I feel that my concerns were dismissed, and I was treated unfairly. The provider's behavior was rude and unprofessional, and I was forced to find another provider. I am disappointed with how this situation was handled. -Wendell Mitchell”

They wanted to give me drugs I didn't want & outright lied about me in my chart. Never went back. Dr. Mahoney at Northern AZ Orthopedics in Flagstaff is worth the drive & he does everything they do at the Summit pain clinic. He did a neck surgery on me & it went great.
