“They schedule you for an appointment at 7AM and their receptionist doesn't bother even getting there until 7:10. She then needs another five minutes to get set up. Next she puts another patient's wrist band on my wrist. By the time it is caught, my 7AM appointment turns into an 8-8:30 AM appointment. When I call to complain and voice my concerns, I am given excuse after excuse, but not once does the charge nurse say, "I am sorry sir and we will make sure this never happens again". Why has customer/patient service died?”
