“I am currently looking to see someone following a recent event.I have to say after five days of a terrible experience inpatient ...this office was also rude and not helpful when it comes to making appointments!!! After getting no return phone call for a week to schedule an appointment I stoped in, the woman at the desk not only made it clear she wasn't going to help but she was rude as well....and clearly upset I interrupted her from her phone. I finally got a card for each doctor that she hesitated to provide me with and handed me them with a smug attitude!!!So I could schedule with a DR after requesting three different ways for more help!! As an employee of SBUH I'm just disgusted and disappointed patients are treated this way we have to do better then this.”
