“This man had me waiting over 6 months for no outcome or solution. I saw a NP there and she ended up quitting during my care and he didn't know anything about my condition and he didn't care either. He loves speaking over patients and offering dry needling but not actually surgery to fix the issue. My fingers are numb, I deal with constant pain, and now I have to add waiting on a new orthopedic surgeon to look at my neck. The staff is great and very sweet but if you don't want to waste time and run around doing 12 weeks of physical therapy to end with being asked if you want another 6 weeks is absolute madness. Don't be like me - an idiot, and wait for this "doctor" to do something other than making your condition worse or drag you along. Now I feel like I'm looking down the barrel of a gun, waiting to see how long until I can't use my left hand. After reading through the reviews it looks like most of the high rated ones are from car accidents. Do you get more money for those patients? Is that why you treated me different even though all my scans and MRIs and EMGs showed how badly I need surgery?? "Dr." Grossinger, you should retire and free the public of your ignorance.”

“Firstly, I never write reviews however, I have to share my experience with Dr Steven Grossinger and his staff. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted (which is very important to me), it's a very warm and welcoming environment. I've been receiving care through two motor vehicle accidents and to say that it was extremely pleasant is an understatement. Dr G suggested that I started a series of epidural injections for the severe back pain and sciatica that I had been experiencing. Honestly, I was sooo nervous, afraid and also skeptical of if it would work or not. I've had 4 natural births, so the idea of me receiving injections in my back was pretty frightening. Dr G and his staff made sure that I was well aware of what to expect, allowing me to make a clear and solid decision. Once I made the decision to move forward with the injections, his staff made me so comfortable, answering my million and one questions and just reassuring me that I was going to be ok... and they were right. I'm so happy that I made the decision to have them done. I'm actually able do things that I need to do now, like run errands and stand long enough to finish making dinner, Although the circumstances were unfortunate, I'm thankful to God to have the care of Dr Steven Grossinger and his amazing staff.”
