“Absolutely the worst doctor office I've ever been to. Staff is condescending and rude. I went in with severe back, neck and shoulder pain that had kept me from even sleeping for days. I was treated like a pill seeker and had to literally demand they look at anything to figure out what was going on. 3 appointments later and still zero progress on anything but mounting frustration. Any prescriptions are a complete disaster. They dont send them when or where they say they do and its like talking to spoiled toddlers to get it straightened out. So far all they have managed to accomplish is making my wallet lighter.”

“Horrible service, they misdiagnosed my injuries, also said that I could just live with my injury (type 5 shoulder separation). They said I needed surgery within three weeks but the surgeon decided to go on vacation for three weeks. I asked to get a different surgeon but they said no. They messed up trying to do my shoulder arthroscope. Never got a clear injury and stabbed me with the needle 5 different times and still messed it up. The mri pictures were messed up and never got a good picture. Surgeon never reached out to me to even talk to me about anything.”

“We saw Dr. Allred in January. He was ill prepared for our appointment, spending a few minutes just looking silently at her MRI without explaining anything to us, and his treatment plan for our daughter's knee injury was unclear, even after we asked questions. The plan was so unclear that he even changed his mind mid-sentence and began a new plan of action involving surgery in a week and then a second surgery in a year. We were very hesitant to proceed, and ultimately sought a second opinion. All in, Dr. Allred spent about 10 minutes with us during our appointment. I just got the bill....and Steamboat Orthopaedics billed our insurance $560 for that 10 minutes. I'm glad I don't have to see a surgery bill from them, and I'm even more glad that we found a doctor who takes the significant responsibility of their profession more seriously.”
