“I had two problems here. The first is that the provider made me feel like she thought I was making up my anxiety disorder, she treated me like a child and made me feel inferior. Secondly, I was offered "half off my bill" (a very large bill for about thirty minutes of someone's time that I even had to wait another thirty-forty minutes for...), but when I was able to pay it, online and after hours on a Friday, there was NO indication that it wouldn't count for the discount if it didn't go through with my bank before the discount time period ended. If I had paid on a Friday in person with a check, would they have said "sorry it won't be cashed til Monday so you won't get the discount"?”

“I've unfortunately had many surgeries in my lifetime. The surgical center in Afton has been the best experience by far. I already had the utmost faith and confidence in Dr Lindford and his team, but everyone else now too. Starting with the "rebel" at the front desk to check in, the nurse that got my IV started on the first try(first time ever) and took such good care of me waking me up, (and feeding me applesauce), the anesthesiologist that listened to me that I am hard to come out of anesthesia and he made it to where I not only was very comfortable during surgery but woke up very well, without nausea and stayed perfectly sleepy for my 3 hour drive home. Everyone was so kind, caring and completely there to keep me calm and confident that I was in very good hands. I highly recommend any and every one to use this facility if able or needed. You'll be very very well taken care of.”

“I have always received great care at the physicians clinic in the past. The last 2 months I have had sick kids and there is no one available to see them. I am not even able to speak to a nurse. We have ended up at the Urgent Care several times with people trying to diagnose my baby through a car window. Overall I don't feel confident that Star Valley Physicians Clinic can take care of the needs of my family. It has been a very frustrating experience.”
