“Don't recommend only thing they talk about giving you the shot which I took was in heavy pain 2 weeks. When I got the injection doctor had to double check the screen, said oh no I guest he injectioned it in the wrong spot. Allister R. “I call requesting an appointment for a Tuesday my only day off was with the woman on the phone for a while she say no problem supposed gave me the appointment for a Tuesday when I get home I check the text it say Friday I call back another woman say oh Dr don't do appointments on Tuesday . Real bad service they should told me that the first time! I'm suffering from sciatica on my left side I work with the pain I have to sleep in a chair my son dress me before he goes to work. Going to try Lehigh Valley maybe they can help me since St Luke's didn't want to help me!”

“I've been a patient for over two years, and lately they're slacking when it comes to patient care. For the past three months I've been waiting for a prior authorization for my insurance, which is pretty much standard. I've been forced into paying full retail price for my medication, because it's obvious they're refusing to get the prior authorization through to my insurance. All I get when I call is "I'm sorry about that" and "I can see you've called multiple times". Absolutely terrible. I've complied with all their rules, now they should comply with the ones in place for them. ETA: I received a phone call from this office early this morning 9/14/21 to inform me my insurance approved the prior authorization. Well, no, it isn't and the price is still at full retail. Someone there has no idea what they're doing. I called back and got nothing but attitude from their office "workers". If you want pain management to help you, go elsewhere before you get stuck in the vortex.”
