“I'm surprised there aren't more negative reviews, as I found this place to be a high-volume, in & out clinic. They will push upfront payment plans that you will have to finance (very unethical & unecessary). I was left with just as much pain after my 3 month program, which I had to continue paying for 2 years. I had the option to continue with even MORE money (excuse me?). To top it off, my program was supposed to include knee injections that they completely "forgot" to do. I noticed after going over my paperwork, so they offered to refund me that portion. Since nothing was itemized, I'm really not sure I got the correct refund. The chiropractor was nice, but I always felt rushed, like I was moving through stations. The physical therapy was nothing more than printed off exercises I could have done myself. Most of all- I specifically mentioned that my biggest source of pain was middle back. They seemed to only want to focus on lower back pain & never even X-rayed above my lower back (why???) I feel scammed!!!”
