“Just had back surgery here a couple months ago and was a nervous wreck but the nurses before made me feel more at ease. At the doctors office one of the nurses is a little rude.. that's why I only gave 4 stars but the doctor is straight to the point and tells you how it is which is what I appreciate. Will definitely trust him and have less anxiety with my other back surgery that I'll be having in the future.”

“I found that Dr. Lucille was very dismissive. Would come in the office with same concern and would say on three different visits what he was going to do but never followed through on any of it. He did not seem interested whatsoever and what was going on. I was extremely disappointed with his services and his caring of what is going on. He never tried to get to the bottom of what is going on. He did not even scratch the surface to try to understand. I had seen him in the past maybe three years ago Maybe four and when I seen him recently, he did not seem like the same doctor anymore. He seemed like he just did not care and when he would leave the room and you would only talk to him. Maybe five minutes you would sit there and wait thinking maybe somebody would come back in Either him or a nurse but nobody would show up so you would just get up and go. Extremely disappointed with Dr. Lucio and how much he has changed and how he cares for his patience, which seems like he does not care at all. I would definitely not recommend him to anyone and he is supposed to be on the board at Saint Mary's now so maybe that has something to do with it. I do not know but he just does not care about the patient's needs or even their symptoms. Did not help me at all and never followed through with what he said he was going to do on all three visits”

“Have been suffering from chronic pain for over 15years. I have been a pain management patient for 6 years and have been able to live a mostly pain-free or comfortable since then. I recently moved and was referred to SSM by my doctor in California. SSM Pain doesn't care about you. They care about making money off you and your insurance company. Since I've already been through all the proceedures and shots they want to give you before they prescribe something to help your pain, they denied treating me. All I need is a prescription. They don't want to waste their time on me, not profitable enough I guess. Horrible people.”
