When I called medicaid today they told me they still have not received the request from the doctors office for it. All they need do is fax or call it in and they will make a determination within 24 hours. I pray it's not denied because I will have to start all over again. “Horrible practice!!!! They are not committed to patient care, as evidenced by lack of response to urgent patient situations. I called today, needing to speak to Dr. S, office staff assured me either she or Doctor S would return my call today regarding intense, uncontrollable pain, I received no call, then they now tell me the girl i left my urgent message with, forgot to pass onto the doctor and other staff, and then was off the next day. INCOMPETENCE!!! Will never return to this obvious pathetically, unorganized practice!”
