“I showed up to the office hopeful I would have my back pain addressed. Despite filling out all the paperwork prior, the office did not have it and I spent 25 minutes filling it out again. Then I spoke with a PA, not the actual doctor. He looked at my films/reports and suggested two more nerve blocks, stating I did not need new images, my year and a half old images would suffice. He stated I could call next week and he would call in the prescription. The following week I called and the nurse stated I needed to come into the office. I explained I was just in the office last week. I stated what the PA stated to me. I asked her to please call me back. She never did. I had to call the office the next day where she stated the doctor stated to go back to my old doctor!!! Now I'm still in pain and starting from scratch. This office should not have 5 stars.”
