“Called to make an appointment for my disabled spouse and they stated that I am not allowed to go into the appointment with him. I asked them if they have a policy that stated it and she said if Id like to I can just wait to schedule after COVID restrictions are lifted. If I am wearing my mask and maintaining social distancing there should be no reason to deny my presence with my spouse during his appointment. IVE BEEN TO MULTIPLE DOCTORS WITH MY HUSBAND AND WAS NEVER DENIED TO GO INTO THE MEDICAL ROOMS WITH MY HUSBAND. WE ARE FORCED TO SEE THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE OF WORKERS COMPENSATION CROOKED LAWS ALLOWING THEM SO SWITCH PROVIDERS. PROCEEDING TO SCHEDULE,the lady then RUDELY places me on hold for 10 minutes. Strictly unprofessional!! And still no policy proving I ain't allowed with him in the room. I'm not talking a typed out papers I'm talking a policy from the employee handbook!! Plus I still was unable to get him scheduled! Thanks alot!”
