“I have been a patient of Comprehensive Spine and Pain for about six months now. I was previously a patient at Red River Medical with Dr. Hanley and his wife Noelle. While I was a patient there for over three years I can definitively say that lmkThe only redeeming factor with that clinic is their office manager who used to be a receptionist Monica. I was treated with absolutely no dignity or respect in terms of my care, constantly being treated like a hassle, and like I was just drug seeking. I ultimately made the decision to leave that clinic and give spine and pain care of Oklahoma a chance. Since switching to this office, I have had nothing but exceptional care. Dr. Blick, Dr. Mosel, and all of the staff that I have interacted with have been extremely kind, knowledgeable, and given me the utmost respect. As somebody who deals with chronic pain and consistently has to be treated for degenerative disc, scoliosis, and various other conditions I go through enough on a day-to-day basis. The last thing that somebody with my conditions wants to deal with is being disrespected and treated like a nuisance when they are paying for a service. I absolutely love this office, and would recommend it to anybody who is looking for quality of care. I cannot think these people enough. They have made my quality of life so much better just by being a part of my care team.”

“The nurse at the front was always helpful and nice, even after one visit she recognized me and remember with every visit. The establishment is easy to fine, inside is easy to maneuver, but it's not like any other clinic I've been too. Looks pretty down graded with the equipment they have when it comes to bigger establishments but they do with what they have. I didn't appreciate my last visit because it too way too long for me just to get sent to the back room to prepare. They had a new Trainee check me in and get me settled she looked lost and kept forgetting things she need me to do or have. Then once onto the operating room, she failed 3x getting to stick an IV lock on my hand while the gentleman RN/CNA cleaned me up and got me with the first stick as if he ABSOLUTELY knew what he was doing. A hour appointment became a 4 hour waiting period. Just like now, I'm here for a MRI scan follow up, but no notes were direct or reports and instructions were given from this Medical Clinic to my PCM to which scans I need or what they wanted directly. I had to see if my reports were in my medical reports and send them a copy instead of working together. Now, once again I'm sitting here hoping this was just a quick 45-1 hour follow up appointment to discuss what needed procedures or process for the future. But I have to reschedule because I know I'm going to be here more than 3 hrs again if I don't. I believe this clinic double even triple stacks appointments which causes these very long waits. But once you get what you're here for it goes quick, but the wait is annoying.”

“I've been meaning to write a review for Dr. Shadid, for a while now. I really like the Dr. and his team. Dr. Shadid is kind and compassionate. Earlier today I had a CERVICAL RADIQEREQUENGX NEUROTOMY. As with previous procedures there were no complications. He will routinely ask how you are doing during the procedure. My quality of life has drastically improved over the last two years. We cannot stop the aging process, but with a good Doctor it's much more bearable”
