“Because I disagreed with his one option he told me which i knew already they were going to do I set up an apointment for a second opinion he immediately refused to fill my prevous prescription. Yes I am being punished for seeking a second opinion which i was always told is my right yet here they use it against you. 12 years doing wonderful on my prescriptions with no complaints yet pulled after months of cutting back now half an with that I went from on my feet outside daily to fighting every morning trying to get out of bed. Yet they see this as better for me. His previous other option was injections which previous events left me unable to even allow anyone to even touch my back anymore. Go elsewhere you will be better off. Wait time is horrible an he only is going to tell you what he wants no discussion no alternative options its his way an that's it. And if you want a second opinion then good luck their.”

“I agree with the review about spending 5 minutes or even less. I have had mid and lower back pain and was told most likely it was overexertion but was then later told to increase my excersise routine. A little confusing.... Then proceeded to give me a sheet with excersises that I have already been doing and threw Tylenol at me. The only good thing was he sent me to xray, no issues with disc, so that gives me the green light to start thinking about trying a massage therapist or chiropractor to regain my mobility in my mid-back.”

“I love this office. I am on my 2nd back surgery and now have developed neck issues and numbness in my hand. Well, they have been extremely helpful. Scheduling the proper tests and treating the pain until we figure something out. Dr Kalava and his new PA Allison listen to me. They have not only treated my back but other issues that have come up. The front desk staff are also very helpful and sweet! I also want to add, I am a night nurse and I travel....they are very accommodating to my schedule!”
