“I have been getting the radio frequency ablation for several years and I would not continue them if they were not working. Dr. Blake has did them and he is the very best. They have saved me from a tremendous amount of pain. The front desk, staff, nurses and doctors have been very good to me. I have a pretty bad back that they are treating. I've had sij joint and rotator cuff injections and they have helped as well, when I was having trouble in a specific area, they have taken the next step with other treatments. “I have always had a good experience visiting this office. Dr. Blake and Todd are very understanding and take their time with you to explain things and listen to your concerns. Physical Therapist onsite, Jason Therron has amazing methods that really work for pain management and he is very caring, understanding and makes physical therapy fun. I did have one small issue when trying to get a procedure scheduled, but this could have possibly been a miscommunication between the referring office and their office. As soon as Dr. Blake's office was made aware of this issue, they took care of it and had me on their schedule for the procedure right away. The front office ladies are also very nice. If you are dealing with chronic pain, I definitely recommend Dr. Blake, Todd and Jason!!”

“This is a very busy location that services people regardless of economic or insurance status. The front desk is always courteous even though they are confronted with drug seekers on a daily basis. The doctors are very competent and seem engaged to appropriately treat the patient's pain. I surmise that a great many of the poor reviews on here are provided by drug seekers who could not obtain an obsurd amount or over prescribed class of narcotic treatment. I am very happy with my treatment with my only complaint being the wait times associated with being such a busy office.”
