They are always ready and able to answer any questions I might have about the medications that are prescribed for me. “Dr Tisdall does not see patients he only conducts injection procedures. He and his PAs do not keep their word on agreed upon treatment procedures with patient then changes multiple scheduled treatment procedures without patient input and concurrence is deceitful and misleading towards patients. . Telling a patient of a decision about changes to their scheduled multiple treatment procedures after the fact without patient involvement is misleading towards patients and is a failure to act in good faith with patients. Maesyn is very helpful though and has an uplifting and caring spirit UPDATE: The response from this office to call and discuss the concerns is NOT sincere. The previous attempt to make an appointment to speak with Dr. Tisdall or his manager to address these previously described issues and concerns was met with their ZERO willingness to do so. Therefore, the response from the office to this review to contact their office to discuss issues is INSINCERE and again is a failure to act in good faith with patients.”
