“The doctor was late because of an extended surgery. The office staff was informative and kept us updated on her time of arrival. They also gave us the option of rescheduling. Two of us drove 2 + hours one way so we opted to stay. Once she arrived it went smooth and efficient. They sent us home with a gas card once more apologizing for her late arrival. Also, the nurse placed the best IV I have ever had (and I have had a lot).”
