Patient Testimonials

If I could give negative stars I would .. what has happened in the medical field that a doctor see's fit to smirk at a patients position that they are in. Dr Robinson has no empathy and is an arrogant individual that treats everyone as if they are a drug dealers or criminal. My husband has been disabled from a debilitating disease for more than 20 years now and our life has not been so easy. It is unlike me to wish any harm to another human being, but I feel like if this doctor had a family member himself that was going through what my husband and I have been going through the last 20 years and are currently going through he would have more empathy. Dr. Robinson you are sworn in your profession to "do no harm" as a principle of medical ethics and is your obligation as a physician. Dr. Robinson, please be mindful that your actions, words and the way you express yourself to others harms others. The act to "do no harm" simply conveys several moral rules - do not kill, do not cause pain or suffering, do not incapacitate, do not cause offense and do not deprive others of the goods of life. We'll you Dr. Robinson need to take a very good look at the ethics you swore to uphold because you fall very short of maintaining the moral rules. Our community just went through a tragic event this week (school shooting) and people every day commit suicide because people just think of themselves and not how they treat others. You are supposed to "HELP" people in need and make them feel safe. Your words, actions, and your lack of empathy for others cause people to feel the opposite. I write this not to be revengeful but to warn my fellow community of your actions, your lack of care, empathy and especially your lack of upholding your obligation. I do hope and pray that no one else has to feel like we have been made to feel and that you take a hard look at yourself and how you carry yourself. These are real people (not all are drug addicts) with real painful issues and diseases that just need someone / someone in your profession to actually care. Please do yourself and your entire staff a huge favor and schedule sensitivity training! I did not post this review or hide my name because I have nothing to hide and want the community to know "We are real people just like you and I hope no one treats your family the way you have treated my husband." Be Blessed! Sonia Sewell

This clinic is the sister to the one I went to in Florida and I expected the same great staff and doctor. Well that didn't happen. This doctor had the nerve to question my drug allergies even saying he might make me get allergy testing. The staff has no sensitivity training and the billing is farmed out to a company in the Midwest. The procedure authorization and billing departments are abysmal! 3 months before I got refunds for copays (they didn't think I checked my EOBs) and they claim they either didn't get an authorization approval (I get one in my email from insurance 7 days prior to procedure) from insurance or they submit the wrong procedure for approval causing a denial for treatment. Just saying think twice before using this pain management clinic.

I don't know what has happened to this practice over the last year but I can tell you I will NEVER refer them to anyone again. It's not the Doctor's or the medical staff it's the billing and people over them. They now no longer let you carry a balance and make payments on it then they turn around and charge 100.00 dollars for a drug test. Those who are self pay because we don't have insurance can't afford the extra 100 dollars and the reason they charge that much is because of the insurance companies. This company that has taken over this practice is nothing but corporate greed taking advantage of people who have to have their services. People are struggling right now and and instead of helping their patients that have been there for years they're doing all they can to create even more of an economic hardship. I want to stress again it's NOT The Doctors or the medical staff they are amazing. Now I have to decide where I'm going to have to take the extra 100 out of maybe my power bill or rent to pay for what should only cost 30.00 to remain a patient because unfortunately I need the medicine to have any kind of quality of life.
