“I've been coming to this practice for years and every provider has been great up until today. I was seen by someone named Rhonda who was the epitome of rudeness. I asked a simple question about an advertisement they had in the patient room offering e prescribing options for patients. She interrupted me and said, "Oh, I don't know anything about that. You'll have to talk to someone else". Continued to argue with me and then proceeds to continue the visit with argumentative statements, had not thoroughly reviewed my chart to see I had discontinued Botox injections months ago. The front desk was very accommodating and answered my questions. I asked to not be scheduled with this practitioner moving forward and was helped with this request. Should this issue with the practitioner be addressed I will update my review as this is a great practice overall. I'm honestly shocked as a healthcare provider myself they have someone like this working here where patients need compassion and a decent bedside manner.”

“Was there in October and they wrote me an order to get imaging of my left hip before I could get an injection. They had me come in a month later for a follow up to tell me I could get the shot versus just calling me to tell me that I could get the shot and schedule it. They charged me $120 for something that could have been a simple phone call. Some of the other staff have no table side manor and talk at you versus talking to you (always interrupting). Just not very professional. Seems like they are more invested in the money, not the patient.”

“I've been to pain management in a couple of other offices prior to coming here. And this place has definitely been the best. Wonderful experience from the time I walked in til the time I walked out. The front office staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lamborn is amazing. He makes you aware of everything he is about to do during the procedures. But also having a General conversation to distract you from the pain of the injections. His assistant is also very polite and caring. I definitely won't be going to any other office.”
