“It took me 2 months to even get an appointment first I had to get another set of MRI done and then I had to get all my records from my previous doctor Darden and then I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork and then they made me an appointment. Finally you know took 2 months to get all the stuff together and really inconvenienced me and the first day of my appointment they requested a urine test and I guess I didn't pass it cuz the next appointment. The doctor not even the doctor Nelson the PA told me I'm never going to be eligible for any painkillers ever cuz I my test came back with something in it that they don't like and I told them up front that I had this and that you know cuz I said I was self-medicating because I've been in pain for 2 years and so anyway. Meanwhile they've been giving medial blocks and a epidural and nothing works. I've been in pain the whole time I've been with them and they've given me no advice whatsoever. I had to request physical therapy from them and that's helping me but I'm in pain all the other times and they're not going to give me any painkillers and I know that would work cuz I'm not in pain 24 hours a day. I don't like 24 hours a day. I just need a pill to take but I know I'm going to be in pain because I'm doing something horrible like my housework or my hair taking a shower. All of that is painful and I just need something but they just won't do it so they have been totally useless to me. It's just been a lot of trouble to have to keep getting ready for these surgery type issues that it's not surgery. It's a needle in my back for for one minute and it takes one minute for them but takes me a whole 24 hours to get ready cuz I have to have to fast and then I have to wear certain clothing. I have to get a ride there cuz I don't have a car and then I have to have a ride. Pick me up and this whole thing is just so frustrating for me. I need to find a doctor who who'll do something about my pain. This place could care less and I have a really bad back issue and they said so too.”

“I want to thank Ryan Nakasone and staff for ALWAYS treating me with Patience and respect not only to myself but to my girls. Sometimes I have to take them and then assistance we get is immediately as I enter the door p. I'm in a wheelchair and need help and with a smile I get it without asking. I have lots of health issues and Ryan has saved my life twice due to infections that he noticed as soon as i was seen. He seen me sent me to hospital right away and my family and I thank him and agreed that this is a provider that cares . Hospital agreed that i could off died had an emergency surgery within an hour. Again THANK YOU ALL AT SPANISH HILLS.”

“Large off putting angry woman with glasses at the front desk is an absolutely horrible excuse for a human being. We were 12 minutes early for our appointment and she immediately tells us we had to reschedule. We apparently had to complete paper work prior to our arrival. She refused to give us the paperwork to complete and turned us away. She is a very rude and heartless person who seems to take pleasure in rejecting patients appointments. This woman rudely says "If you can read our sign" on the counter that states patients 15 minutes late have to reschedule. Yes I can read thank you. I can also read your body language and demeanor that you are a miserable human being. We were 12 minutes early btw not 15 minutes late. She clearly had decided on her own her Dr's would not be seeing us that day. How she has a job dealing with people at the front desk is mind boggling. If she represents this office the doctors are probably horrible as well. Stay away and tell your friends to stay away. Zero stars and she should be fired. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with that creature and patients forced to use this clinic.”

“Absolutely disgusting treatment of my family. Front desk woman should be fired. We took my immobile 70 year old mother in law in a wheelchair which is difficult enough to get her around to any office and took time off work to get her to office arrived 10 minutes early, between the rehab center and the appointment the paperwork was to our surprise not completed. The front desk woman was extremely rude and refused to give us the paperwork to fill out then and there, and told us that we had to come back and reschedule Appointment . We asked why we couldn't just fill out the paperwork there to which she told us "can you read the sign." The sign says if you were late, you have to schedule a new appointment appointment. We were not late we were early. She told us we had to come back Monday, which would mean another day off work and another difficult task of getting there all to be dismissed on a Technicality on our way out the office Lady refused to give us the paperwork then to fill out he told her no thank you we will not be visiting this office ever again for your despicable Treatment of people.”
