“The service I received was fine except I had to wait a very long time. I apologize for being irritated at having to wait. I understand that some appointments take longer than others and I know the doctors try to treat every patient with respect. I could tell the doctor could feel my irritation as his countenance changed but he treated me with true courtesy. I don't usually get upset for having to wait but that day it bothered me. “BEWARE, I am on Medicare and I have had a lot of work done by this clinic but recently I received a bill that I now have to pay out of pocket because they never told me that they are not capable of billing out to three health insurance companies, only two. Apparently they are not efficient like all the other health facilities I have ever been to all my life. I now have all my spine needs performed at Logan Regional Hospital where they have always billed ALL three insurances and I have never had to pay out of pocket for anything.”
