“Your reply was very polite. And your practice has probably changed since I went there. But you don't seem to understand that to your patients wait time is lobby plus exam room time. Your staff promised me a quick appointment, which I didn't receive. Then after being moved to your exam room I was again abandoned after a couple of cursory questions. I don't know how big your lobby is so I don't know if half full is 3 people or 15. But my experience got the rating it deserved and I won't change it”

Mr. Jose Luis Ramirez the anesthetist was extremely gentle with a warm bedside manner that kept me at ease and gave me comfort as I went the other lower back procedure. The crew Mr. Ramirez served as his assistants were calm and their affect was embracing as was Mr. Ramirez's. Greatly appreciate their professionalism and their implicit respect and affect for me the patient. During this appointment , Dr. Ramirez preformed an RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation) on my lower back. I must say, Dr. Ramirez's has a healing hand when the needles began entering my lower back. Gentle. Soft and sure in touch. Always reassuring. His voice is strong but calm with a caring tone that provided me with comfort and a vision of healing. Because of Dr. Ramirez and his most able assistants they were consistent and unconditional worthy helpers. His medical assistants Sonya (Radiologist), as well as Angelica and Erica were respectful and helpful to Dr. Ramirez and Sonya as well as my person. In between visit/check ins with Dina Rico out conversations were most helpful as I prepared for each treatment. Southwest Pain Center is place for healing, for giving me the opportunity to take better of me as I in my later years traverse my life pain free.
