“For Dr. Kendrick, They overbook their appointments. Appointment times mean nothing to this facility, you could have an appointment at 12:30 and then you get seen at 3:00, leave at 4:30. They do not care about your time, and they do not respect your day. The most unprofessional scheduling I have ever seen! Edit: still here, and guess what! Their staff is incredibly rude too! I just overheard the employees in the hallway talking about my grandmother (by name), and how she wouldn't "shut up"! This place needs a severe work up with their staff.”

“I have been seeing Dr Kendrick for seventeen years. Him and his staff have been great. When I went through brutal rounds of chemo, Dr K and his Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie, were most helpful. They recognized I was dehydrated and gave me fluids which helped tremendously. I rarely wait very long. There has been very very few times I had to wait for a while. As far as them getting back to me on the same day, if it involves medication or emergency, they do respond on their patient portal the same day. Non-emergency, it may take a couple of days. I have learned that as his office has grown, and much like most physician offices, it may take a couple of days. However, if I needed him the same day for an emergency, I have all the confidence in him that he would see me. I highly recommend Dr Kendrick and his nurse practitioners. He has kept me off the operating table for my back for seventeen years.”
