“So I broke my left shoulder blade on February 1st of 2024! My orthopedic referred me to this pain clinic in March, I have been calling and leaving a message once a week since the middle of March! I do not drive so I've been calling to schedule a bus for my appointment! They DON'T ever pick up the phone or return messages! So I finally got a ride to see them! Receptionist says they're understaffed and gives me a business card! I call the number on the card it's for the Birmingham location and they don't do appointments for Cullman There's only 2 pain clinics in Cullman and the other one won't accept car accident victims! I hope anyone in pain finds some relief, because you won't find it here! Absolute joke”

“While Andy at the Cullman office has always been very polite and helpful. Getting Doctor Gillespie to actually follow through with anything is almost impossible. I've been out of my pain medication for weeks at a time. Because they can't get it together and get it to the correct pharmacy. I have left numerous messages, With no response from them. When I tell them the problem they act like it's my fault. I've given them the correct information. Many times and I have had it confirmed, That they have the correct information. But yet they still can't get it together, No return calls, Even with something as simple as getting a prescription for a tens unit. They can't get it into my insurance company. The receptionist and the medical staff at the birmingham office are rude. I have waited up to 3 hours in their office for an appointment. Find another pain clinic. Any other pain clinic. It's a shame that a few people abuse the system and now all of us that have Chronic pain conditions, that will never go away have to suffer needlessly because we cannot get a pain clinic that will help us.”

“Had appt. Set up for 3 months . When for appt they were closed. Never received a call to let us know or reschedule. Took off work. Not sure we will stay with them or go back to Bham clinic”

“I went to them for help with my Hips. My medical had been giving me pain meds. I was not looking for more are different pain meds. But Dr. mcKnight told my medical Family Doctors that I did not need them. So they took me off. I'm on chemo and a lot of other meds and have an auto immune disease. That caused me to stop work but Dr. McKnight did not help me he made matters worse. Also this is the same clinic in Birmingham. If I could give -1 I would. Don't make a mistake and see them it's not about helping people!”
