I recently became a patient of Dr Molett Nov 2023 due herniated disc (degenerative disc) , bludgeoned disc diagnosed. For the past 5 months, I've always was seen by the nurse practitioner (Michelle Lee). ! Whom is nice and professional! My appointment in January was for a nerve study test and I arrived on time, only to have to wait 30 minutes before the front office advised that the doctor would be another 30 minutes before arriving to the office. As a result I rescheduled the appointment. I went to the rescheduled appointment, and the nerve study dr mollette completed was very painful and at the time I never was advised she was my actual doctor until yesterday ! She never introduced herself as my doctor! She just came in asking me questions! Her interpersonal skills were very minimal in my experience with her! She talked to me as if I was a child, questioned me about the integrity of my diagnosis my physician made! How professionally inappropriate, I was there for her to treat my diagnosis not for her to challenge my diagnosis! During the nerve study she left the room serval times ! Yesterday appointment she had the Same lack of patient courtesy ! Not only did I have a urine test she also requested a swab test! Why 2 tests? When I left the appointment yesterday I had a panic attack! I will not be returning! And the front office (Santora) is very rude

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW: My elderly mother was going there until today because she originally chose this doctor because it was close to her living arrangements (Antioch Office) but after two months they told her that she had to start going to the Smyrna office which is difficult for her due to transportation. They tried to string her along saying it was temporary only to learn they no longer have an office in Antioch. Upon taking her to the office in Smyrna, I learned that she has to take her medication in every month putting herself and others in danger of a someone mugging her for her drugs. I understand having to do a pill count randomly, but to make patience bring their pills to the office each month is very risky. I wouldn't be surprised if this Clinic has been in previous trouble with the DEA And that's why they do that. I also noticed that the office in Smyrna was very dingy and dirty, They have a TV in there but it's from 1999 when you could hardly see what it was showing Due to the screen and it being so small. I would never allow my mom to go back to this Clinic Or do I recommend anyone sign up for I wished out to read the reviews before she made any type of appointment.

Showed up for my appointment 15 min early. They took me back to a room on time and the medical assistant told me that they are just cleaning the room where I would have my EMG test done and then they would move me into that room. I sat in the room for 1 hr and 10 min before they came to get me to move me into the correct room. Then, during my EMG test the doctors phone kept going off and she kept leaving the room to answer her phone. I understand if there is an emergency and you need to answer the phone but she left multiple times during my procedure and it felt very unprofessional. The whole feel of the clinic was very unprofessional and I really didn't feel super comfortable having my procedure there. I would 100% go somewhere ELSE next time.
