What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Dr. Wilson was great and explained things very well, but I had to fire him/Southern Nevada Pain Center because the office staff is HORRIBLE. I was scheduled for a procedure and had called in 3 times , over a week, to discuss a couple things and I never received a call back. (after leaving 3 messages, 2 weeks ago) I contacted my Ins. company, because I did not hear back from the Dr's office and needed to know if my procedure was authorized and how much my portion would be. (The office had a full month before my scheduled procedure to get it pre - authorized, and told me at the 1st apt., that they would.) The Ins. company stated they had not received anything from them regarding the procedure. I was contacted by the surgical center for the procedure and I notified them that an authorization had never been sent in, so they were being fired and I would go somewhere else where my health and time is better respected and the staff are willing to communicate. I DO NOT recommend this place if you want/need communication. They are absolutely awful!!! I am an RN, and NO ONE should ever be treated this way when they are trying to get healthcare. I do not know how they even stay in business with the way they treat their patients. They have been reported to the Ins company I am with and they are contracted with. Hopefully the Ins. company will drop them since they don't seem to care about their patients.”

“I do not recommend So Nevada Pain Center, they have constant staff changes, dont keep good records on their customer and now the final straw was again they accused me of have illicit drugs in my sytem, but each time I retake the urine test the second time it comes out clean. Not to mention they lost the sample as well. I do not appreciate after 15 years to be treated like some lowlife criminal.”

“Front end receptionist has poor customer service skills. Never makes eye contact or greets patients. All I get from her while her head is face down and pointing " complete the paperwork ". I would suggest to management that she attends a training that focuses on proper communication , customer service and people skills.”

“I Patrice Coleman didn't feel welcomed because a so call receptionist told me her name was Veronica if that's her real name when I got my referral she told me that South West medical didn't want me for a receptionist to call and tell a patient another hospital facility doesn't want my presence. That automatically tells me she d I sent want my color in there facility SHE hurt my feelings behind her telling me I'm n I t wanted. I wish I can get her name she violated my HIPPA RIGHTS and my civil rights she need to stop bullying new patients I pray to God I get her real name I'm going to file a civil rights lawsuit on Veronica. How dare you bully me because of my color. 1 out of 10=1”
